Description

- Skim Milk - 13 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the egg, and mix. Add salt and gradually pour in the milk while stirring constantly. Mix until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous batter.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour in 1 ladle of batter and cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side. It is better to use a small-sized pan to ensure the pancakes are uniform.
