Ingredients
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Turnips - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 5 tablespoons
- Parsley - 3.5 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Peanut Sprouts - 2 cups
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 10 pieces
- Flaxseeds - 2 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots.
Step 2
Blend the carrots with garlic, olive oil, onion, tomato, cumin, parsley, and sea salt in a blender.
Step 3
Add the buckwheat sprouts and blend again.
Step 4
Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder and add them to the mixture in the blender. Mix with 1 cup of water.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the olives.
Step 6
Spread in a thin layer for drying at 104°F for 12 hours or until the desired consistency is achieved.
