Add the flour to a bowl, crack in three large eggs. Using a whisk, incorporate 50 ml of vegetable oil, milk, and 250 ml of water. Season with salt and mix everything until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a wide skillet and add a little vegetable oil. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly across the bottom, and cook for thirty to forty-five seconds. Then flip it over and cook for another thirty seconds on the other side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
