Ingredients

  • Unleavened dough - 28.2 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
  • Milk - 2 fl oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the filling. Rinse the buckwheat groats, cover with cold salted water, and cook until thick porridge.

Step 2

Add butter, mix, and let cool.

Step 3

Then add the eggs, mix well again, and combine with the mashed cottage cheese mixed with a little milk.

Step 4

From the rested dough, roll out small flatbreads, place a mound of filling in the center of each flatbread, and fold the edges of the dough upwards.

Step 5

Place the prepared pies on a greased baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 180–392°F.

Step 6

Bake for 20–25 minutes.
