Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 cup
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the buckwheat into boiling milk and cook until thickened.
Step 2
Then add the cottage cheese, passed through a sieve or ground, sour cream, mix well, add the raw eggs, salt, and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and place it in a shallow pot or frying pan, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, smooth it out with a spoon, spread sour cream on top, drizzle with melted butter, and place in the oven for 40–50 minutes.
Step 3
Drizzle the finished pudding with butter. If desired, the butter can be replaced with sour cream.
