- Walnuts - 12.3 oz
- Clarified Butter - 7.1 oz
- Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Semolina - 3.5 oz

Pour boiling water over the nuts and peel them.
Step 2
In melted butter, add the semolina and, stirring, add the nuts.
Step 3
Fry until the semolina turns a reddish color.
Step 4
Prepare syrup with spices, strain, and add raisins.
Step 5
Combine the semolina with the syrup, stir, and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Transfer to a greased mold to cool.
