Bun with Sour Cream and Cherries
Ingredients
- Round Bun - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Mixed Ground Peppers - a pinch
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut off the top of the bun.
Step 2
Heat a dry skillet and add a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Place both halves of the bun cut side down. Toast until golden brown.
Step 4
Then let it cool slightly.
Step 5
Spread almost all of the sour cream on the main part. Use the remaining teaspoon of sour cream to spread on the top.
Step 6
Season the top with nutmeg.
Step 7
Season the main part with the mixed peppers.
Step 8
Cut the cherries in half.
Step 9
Place them on the main part of the bun.
Step 10
Cover with the top and garnish with a basil leaf.
