- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vanillin - 0 oz
- Lemon - ¼ piece
Step by Step guide

Cream the softened butter with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Gradually stir in the sifted flour.
Step 3
Add the egg, vanillin, and finely grated lemon zest.
Step 4
Knead by hand and roll into a smooth ball.

Separate by hand and load into a pastry bag.

Pipe the cookies onto a baking sheet (not hot).
