- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, pour 450 ml of sour kefir into a bowl, add sunflower oil, the egg, salt, sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a cup of sifted flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Finely chop the white cabbage and sauté it slightly.
Step 3
Pour a little less than half of the dough into a greased form, add the cabbage. Pour the remaining dough on top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, preheated to 356°F.
