Description

- Scallions - 2 stalks
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root - a pinch
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - a pinch
- Red Curry Powder - a pinch
- Sour Cream - 2½ tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1½ tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling, shred the cabbage, add the green onion (or dill), apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar, ginger, cumin, and curry, and lightly mash. Place in a greased baking dish.
Step 2
For the dough, beat the eggs until smooth, add the remaining ingredients, and knead the dough. It should be somewhat runny.
Step 3
Pour the cabbage mixture with the dough, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Step 4
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes until a golden crust forms.
