  • Parsley - 0.1 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 2.1 oz
  • Eel - 0.7 oz
  • Turkey - 1.4 oz
  • Calve "Cheesy Caesar" Sauce - 2 fl oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
  • Thyme - 1 piece
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Cucumbers - 0.7 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the turkey fillet in a bag with butter, ground black pepper, and thyme, and cook sous vide for 1 hour and 10 minutes at a temperature of 167°F.

Step 2

Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces. Cut the turkey breast, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes into small cubes, mix everything with the Caesar dressing, and add chopped parsley. Slice the Parmesan cheese thinly.

Step 3

Slice the bread thinly and toast it in the oven. Assemble the sandwich salad. Spread the Caesar dressing on the toasted bread, add some salad and slices of Parmesan, cover with a second piece of bread, and repeat. Garnish with watercress.
