- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Rum - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the softened butter with the condensed milk, add the eggs, flour, and baking powder. Mix well — the batter should be not thick, like sour cream.
Step 2
Depending on the size of the pan, bake 3 or 4 layers.
Step 3
For the cream, it is advisable to boil the condensed milk for 1 hour to ensure the cream is not runny.
Step 4
Beat the cooled condensed milk with the butter, add cocoa and rum.
Step 5
Spread the cream on the layers and also coat the sides of the cake.
Step 6
Decorate as desired. Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for 4–6 hours.
