Cake with Chocolate-Milk Cream

Ingredients

  • Butter - 10.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts - 3.5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 1.1 oz
  • Condensed Milk - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take the butter out in advance to let it soften.

Step 2

Beat the eggs, add sugar, and beat again until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Combine the butter (200 g) with the beaten eggs and sugar, and mix. Gradually add the flour to make a soft dough, then add the baking soda. Knead the dough while mixing, then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each into thin rectangles. Place the layers on a baking sheet and poke them with a fork in several places. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.

Step 5

Let the baked layers cool, stack them on top of each other, and trim the edges to make rectangles.

Step 6

Place the trimmings in the oven for 10 minutes to dry out and acquire a rich color, then crush them with a rolling pin.

Step 7

For the cream, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Combine the condensed milk with the butter and melted chocolate, and mix thoroughly. Crush the walnuts with a rolling pin, add them to the cream, and mix.

Step 8

Spread cream on each layer, and cover the top and sides of the last layer. Sprinkle with the crushed trimmings and grated chocolate, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
