Description
Before removing the springform pan, it is necessary to run a knife around the edge to prevent the jelly from breaking.
Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream - 24.7 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 8 pieces
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Crackers - 10.6 oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly - 3.2 oz
- Strawberry - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, soak the gelatin sheets. Place them in a deep container and cover with 250 ml of cold water, leaving them for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the crackers into a not-too-fine crumb, leaving some larger pieces if desired.
Step 3
Whip the sour cream with sugar using a mixer until well combined.
Step 4
Squeeze the swollen gelatin, place it in a saucepan, and heat it until the gelatin dissolves (do not bring to a boil), then let it cool.
Step 5
Add the cooled gelatin to the sour cream, mix well, then add the crushed crackers and mix quickly again. The mixture will start to thicken quickly, so immediately pour it into a form (preferably a springform) and level it out. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.
Step 6
Prepare the strawberries (you can use any fruits), slicing them into wedges.
Step 7
Pour the jelly into a deep container and add 250 ml of hot water. Stir quickly and well until fully dissolved, then let it cool.
Step 8
Remove the set mixture from the refrigerator and arrange the strawberries on top, decorating with blueberries. Take the cooled jelly and pour it over the fruits. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
