Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Grapefruits - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the yolks, beating well. Add the flour in parts and gently mix.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
Remove the sponge cake from the pan. Remove the paper. Allow to cool completely. Then cut into two layers.
Step 4
Soak the gelatin in water.
Step 5
Mix the cottage cheese with the cream, powdered sugar, and blend well. Heat the gelatin until dissolved and mix it with the cottage cheese. Add the fruits.
Step 6
Place the bottom half of the cake in a springform pan, lining the sides with paper. When the cottage cheese mixture begins to set, pour it over the cake layer.
Step 7
Cover with the second cake layer and refrigerate for 6 hours.
