Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 12.7 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 8.5 oz
- Egg white - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar (240 g) and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add kefir, melted butter, and mix.
Step 3
Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead a liquid dough.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and level it.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven. Bake for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Step 6
Remove from the pan. Let it cool.
Step 7
For the protein cream, you will need: 4 egg whites, sugar (160 g).
Step 8
Whip the egg whites and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the volume doubles (about 7 minutes). You will get a very thick cream.
Step 9
Spread the cream on the cake, decorate, and let it rest for about 3 hours.
