- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 21.2 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Canned Lemons - 1 can
- Chopped almonds - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the cake layers, beat the condensed milk, honey, eggs, flour, and baking soda well, add the chopped walnuts (can be replaced with any other nuts), then divide the mixture into the desired number of layers and pour into a baking pan well-greased with vegetable oil. Bake each layer until golden brown.
Step 2
For the frosting, whip the sour cream and sugar, then add the chopped canned fruits (to taste).
Step 3
Layer the cake, spread with frosting, decorate with fruits, then add the next layer, continuing to spread with frosting.
Step 4
Let the cake soak in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
