- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanillin, and 2 eggs.
Step 2
Add baking soda, activated with vinegar.
Step 3
Add sifted flour and mix.
Step 4
Break the chocolate bar and thaw the berries.
Step 5
Combine the chocolate with the batter. Pour half of the batter into the mold, sprinkle with berries.
Step 6
Pour in the remaining batter and add blueberries.
Step 7
Bake for 50–60 minutes until ready.
