- Butter - 2.5 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies - 5.3 oz
- Gelatin - 5 teaspoons
- White Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Water - 5 tablespoons
- Cream - 2 cups
- Homemade Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Frozen Raspberries - 3.5 oz
- Raspberry gin - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line a 24 cm diameter baking pan with parchment paper. Crumble the chocolate cookies, mix with butter, and press into the pan.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Mix the room temperature homemade cheese with the egg yolks and melted chocolate. Whip the cream and combine it with the mixture. Beat the egg whites with sugar and fold into the mixture. Soak the gelatin in water for 5 minutes, melt it in a water bath, and let it cool. Add the melted gelatin to the mixture and quickly pour everything into the pan. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 4 to 24 hours.
Step 3
Decorate before serving with jam and raspberries.
