- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 4.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Prunes - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Start preparing the batter. Cream the butter with the sugar until a white fluffy mixture forms.

Add three eggs to the butter mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Sift in the cup of flour and the teaspoon of baking powder. Knead the batter until the lumps dissolve.
Step 4
Mix the powdered sugar with half a cup of flour, then coat the washed and dried prunes in this mixture.
Step 5
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour half of the batter into the pan, place the prunes on top, and then pour the remaining batter over them.
Step 6
Bake the prune cake for 45 minutes at 356°F.
