- Fresh Mint - ½ bunch
- Unleavened dough - 17.6 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 13.4 oz
- Nettle - 6.3 oz
- Olive Oil - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the greens, dry them, and chop coarsely. Add ricotta, oil, salt, and pepper to the greens. Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 4–5 pieces. Roll out on a floured surface. Place the filling, fold in half, and pinch the edges.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the calzones on it, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (until cooked).
