- Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
- Orange zest - ½ teaspoon
- Sponge Cake Base - 15.9 oz
- Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries - 3.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the ricotta in several towels and gently squeeze out the excess moisture. Transfer to a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Add the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and grated zest. Mix well and add the pistachios.
Step 3
Cut the sponge into small pieces and toast in the oven at 374°F for 2 minutes.
Step 4
On each sponge, place a small amount of the prepared cream and top with berries.
