Ingredients

  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 9.5 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.1 oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Cognac - 4 tablespoons
  • Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Dried ground orange peel - 1.8 oz

Beat the eggs with sugar.

Add the lemon zest.

Pour the cognac into the egg mixture.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
