Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter.
Step 3
Use a canestrelli cookie cutter, which resembles a flower with six petals, to shape the cookies. Before baking, brush the tops with egg yolk.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 284°F for about 20 minutes, until the cookies turn golden brown.
