Description

- Paradise apples - 2 lbs
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Agave Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Red Food Coloring - 0.1 oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pierce the apples with skewers. Place them in the freezer while preparing the caramel.

Pour the sugar into the saucepan.
Step 4
Add water.
Step 5
Add agave syrup.

Add food coloring.

Then place it over medium heat and stir until a smooth mixture is achieved. Remove the caramel from the heat.

Dip the apples into the caramel at an angle.

Place on parchment paper sprinkled with salt.
