Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Whole egg - 3 pieces
  • Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 8 fl oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 14.1 oz
  • Bananas - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the flour into a large deep bowl. Grate the cold butter on a coarse grater on top, add the powdered sugar, and rub into crumbs. Add the egg yolks, knead the dough, and form into a ball. Wrap the ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 2

Roll out the dough fairly thin and place it in a pre-greased and floured baking dish, allowing the edges to hang over. Bake at 392°F for 25–30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Let it cool, then trim the edges. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and brush a thin layer of chocolate inside the crust.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the cream and mascarpone, then add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently, ensuring that both the mascarpone and the condensed milk structure remain visible. Pour the cream into the pastry shell. Place in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Meanwhile, slice the bananas into rounds and sauté in a small amount of butter until golden. Allow them to cool slightly and then layer them on top of the cream.

Step 5

Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
