Description
You can make caramel: 0.5 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of butter, 0.5 cup of condensed milk.
Ingredients
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 8 tablespoons
- White Beans - 1 piece
- Ground Almonds - 1 cup
- Chopped almonds - 2.3 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1⅖ tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Clarified Butter - 2.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1⅖ tablespoons
- Caramel Syrup - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 347°F.
Step 2
Crush the almonds (it’s better to remove the skin beforehand).
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds, finely crushed almonds, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and 4 tablespoons of sugar (preferably fine), then add the butter and mix everything with a spatula.
Step 4
Press the mixture into the molds (bottom and sides) using your fingers.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Lower the oven temperature to 302°F.
Step 7
In a bowl, mix the cheese, vanilla (vanillin or vanilla extract), sugar (4 tablespoons), and 3 eggs, and beat until fluffy.
Step 8
Pour the mixture into the molds with the almond crust.
Step 9
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 10
You can make caramel or buy it. Place about 1 tablespoon of caramel on top (depending on the diameter of the mold).
