Description

Apply caramel to the back of a ladle (in this case, the net will take on a hemispherical shape), previously greased with vegetable oil, drizzling it in thin streams and spreading it with a fork. The caramel threads should be arranged to create a fairly dense net.
Step 2
Remove the ends of the threads that extend beyond the edges of the ladle and carefully, so as not to break it, remove the resulting net from the ladle.
