- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Brown Sugar - 2.1 oz
- Canned Peaches - 29.1 oz
- Yellow Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 3 teaspoons
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Self-rising flour - 10.9 oz
- Yogurt powder - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a round pie dish with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place 50 grams of softened butter in the dish and spread it out, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Drain the peaches and reserve 1 tablespoon of juice from the can. Arrange the peach halves cut side up on the butter.
Step 3
Beat the raw sugar, lemon zest, and remaining butter with a mixer for 5-6 minutes until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour, followed by the yogurt and reserved juice. Mix well. Pour the batter over the peaches and smooth it out.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes until done. Let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes and carefully turn it out onto a plate.
