Ingredients
- Pears - 4 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.4 oz
- Brandy - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Crème fraîche - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core with a spoon.
Step 2
Mix the softened butter and sugar, then add the brandy. Place the pears cut side down on a baking sheet and brush the tops with the butter mixture. Grill for about 5 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Flip the pears, brush with the butter mixture, and fill the cavities with the remaining mixture. Grill for 3 minutes until the sugar bubbles. Leave for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, serve with crème fraîche, lemon wedges, and juices from the grill.
