Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 0.1 oz
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Bananas - ½ piece
- Rum - 2 tablespoons
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with coconut and regular milk. Sift the flour and salt separately. Add sugar (2 tablespoons). Pour in the egg mixture. Mix and add softened butter.
Step 2
Heat the frying pan and grease it with oil. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
Step 3
Heat oil in the pan, add the remaining sugar, and keep the heat low. Slice the bananas into rounds and add them to the sugar. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add lemon zest and juice. Finally, add the rum. Reduce until thickened.
Step 4
Place the filling on the pancake and fold it into a triangle. Dust with powdered sugar on top.
