- Carrot - 6 pieces

- Honey - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Ricotta cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Sunflower Seeds - ¾ cup
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Melt the butter with the honey, then add the beaten eggs.
Step 2
Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and orange zest.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients and add the sunflower seeds.
Step 4
