Carrot-Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple - 2.6 oz
  • Semolina - 2 tablespoons
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Butter - 0.2 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the carrot into small pieces.

Step 2

Pour a little water into a pot, add the carrot, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Grate the apples, add them to the carrot, and stew on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pass the apples and carrot through a sieve, add sugar and milk.

Step 5

Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, while stirring continuously, sprinkle in the semolina.

Step 6

Cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 7

Cool the mixture.

Step 8

Take the egg and separate the white from the yolk. First, add the yolk to the mixture, stir, then add the cooled whipped egg white, stirring gently to keep the foam fluffy.

Step 9

Take a mold, grease it with butter. Place the resulting mixture into it. Cook it in a steamer.

Step 10

Cool the pudding and serve.
