Ingredients

  • Carrot - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 0.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel 2–3 medium-sized carrots, boil them (it’s better to overcook), cool down, and mash into a puree. Add sugar and mix (optionally, you can add 10 grams of vanilla sugar). Add the eggs one by one, whisking with a whisk.

Step 2

Gradually add vegetable oil, flour, and finally the baking powder to the batter. Mix gently. Optionally, you can add ground walnuts to the batter.

Step 3

Grease the baking dish with butter, pour the batter into the dish, and place it in a preheated oven (356°F) for 40 minutes.
