Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice - 2 fl oz
  • Water - 2 fl oz
  • Dry yeast - 0 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Sugar - 0.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 0.4 oz
  • Celery salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add sugar to warm water, dissolve it, and sprinkle in the dry yeast. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until the yeast rises.

Step 2

In a large bowl, transfer the yeast mixture, add the egg, finely chopped celery leaves, carrot juice, and grated carrot. Mix well. Sift the flour into the bowl and add salt. Knead the dough.

Step 3

Form a fairly soft and tender dough into a ball. Place it in a warm place for 40 minutes, covering the dough to prevent it from drying out.

Step 4

Carefully shape the dough into the desired loaf shape and transfer it to a baking sheet dusted with flour.

Step 5

Bake the bread at 180ºC for about 40 minutes until a golden crust forms.
