Carrot Cake with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate - 1 piece
  • Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly with a fork or blender.

Step 2

Grate the carrots on a fine grater, add them, the flour, and cinnamon to the sugar and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Step 3

Grease the baking pan with sunflower oil. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 356°F.

Step 4

While the cake is baking, grate the chocolate on a fine grater.

Step 5

Spread sour cream on top of the cake and sprinkle with chocolate.
