- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Baking Powder - 0.7 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the carrots.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients (starting with the dry ones) and blend in a blender.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a pre-greased mold or use parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for about 50 minutes.
Step 4
For the sauce, you can use reduced cream with a small amount of honey.
