  • Oranges - 7.1 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
  • Bitter - 1.4 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • 10% cream - 1 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Step 2

Mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Grate the carrot finely, chop the dried apricots and walnuts, zest the oranges, and separate the orange segments, removing the membranes.

Step 4

Thoroughly mix the beaten eggs with the flour, carrot, walnuts, and dried apricots, then transfer the batter to a baking pan; bake at 392°F for 20 minutes.

Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and cream.

Step 6
