Description
The cake bakes for about an hour in a rectangular pan; if the pan is different, the time may vary. If the top of the cake starts to burn, it's better to cover it with foil.

- Carrot - 4.9 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot on a medium grater. If the carrot is very juicy, squeeze out the excess juice.
Step 2
Beat the butter with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Add the two yolks and beat well again.
Step 4
Mix 100 g of flour with half a teaspoon of baking powder. Sift the flour with the baking powder and incorporate it into the batter.
Step 5
Add coarsely chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and sour cream to the batter.
Step 6
Add the grated carrot to the batter and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
Step 8
Bake at 356°F for about 60 minutes.
