  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 0.7 oz
  • Carrot - 6.2 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 2 teaspoons
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the sugar, egg, and baking soda. Add the oil.

Step 2

Grate the carrot and lemon zest. Then mix in all the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Place everything in the oven preheated to 356°F for 40 minutes (1 batch), 55 minutes (2 batches).
