Description

You can replace the raisins with any dried fruits if desired. If you add more flour instead of carrots, you will get a regular cake. The amount of sugar can also be adjusted to your taste. You can bake it in a ceramic or aluminum mold, on paper, or simply greased with vegetable oil.

  • Carrot - 14.1 oz
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Raisins - 3.4 oz
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Margarine - 3.5 oz
  • Ginger - 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot.

Step 2

Add sugar and raisins.

Step 3

Stir in flour, cinnamon, and ginger to form a dough.

Step 4

Beat the eggs and add melted margarine, then mix into the dough.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 200–428°F for 20 minutes.
