  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the melted butter and vegetable oil. For those who prefer it sweeter, you can add 1 teaspoon of sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2

Grate the carrot. Crush the walnuts into crumbs. Add to the dough and mix well.

Step 3

Add cinnamon and flour mixed with baking powder to the batter. The consistency of the batter should be similar to thick sour cream.

Step 4

Grease the baking pan with butter, pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 392°F.
