- Butter - 4 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Walnuts - 8.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Eggs - 5 pieces
- Baking Soda - 0 oz
- Cream Cheese - 13.4 oz
- Maple syrup - 8 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Carrot Juice - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the cream cheese, beat the butter, add the cheese, and gradually pour in the maple syrup. Whip until smooth.
Step 2
To prepare the cake layers, melt the eggs, sugar, and butter in a water bath until the sugar dissolves, stirring with a whisk. Remove from the heat, add the baking soda. Gradually mix in the sifted flour, then add the carrot, cinnamon, and finely chopped walnuts. Knead the dough and form the layers. Bake at 338°F for 7 minutes.
Step 3
For the syrup, bring the water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat, and add the fresh juice.
Step 4
Layer the finished cake layers with the cream and soak them with the syrup at least 4 times. Assemble the cake. Let it rest. Sprinkle with crushed crumbs from the layers and walnuts.
