  • Carrots - 7.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Spices - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into thick strips.

Step 2

Next, mix the carrots with oil, salt, and spices. I used ground pepper, dried Italian herbs, and paprika. Feel free to experiment with the spices, just don't overdo it.

Step 3

Finally, spread the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180-392°F for about 40 minutes.
