- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Almond - 8 fl oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix oats, carrot pulp (50 g), grated fresh carrot (30 g), almond milk, and chopped banana.
Step 2
Add baking powder, vegetable oil, and salt.
Step 3
Blend into a batter using a blender. Separately, coarsely grind the almonds in a blender and add them to the mixture.
Step 4
Shape thick fritters from the resulting mixture and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown, then place them in an oven preheated to 392°F for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with anything, but the chef's choice is sea buckthorn, as carrot and sea buckthorn create a feast for the taste buds.
