Description

A serving of this treat contains only 60 kcal! For a vegan recipe, substitute milk with coconut, almond, rice, oat, or soy milk. Sweet tooths can add honey, agave syrup, yacon syrup, or maple syrup (although stevia is quite sufficient). You can also add chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 2 fl oz
  • Mango - ½ piece
  • Milk - 5 fl oz
  • Stevia Extract - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Juice the carrots. Pre-cut the mango into cubes and freeze.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend into a slightly liquid puree.

Step 3

Fill the ice cream molds.

Step 4

Place in the freezer until completely frozen.
