- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Melted butter mixed with milk, add the egg.

Add sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Grate the carrot on a fine grater, add it to the batter.
Step 5
Grease the muffin tins with butter, fill them with the batter, about 2/3 full. Bake at 356°F for about 15-20 minutes.
