- Oat flakes - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2½ tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the oat flakes in warm water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
To the soaked oats, add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, vanillin, and ginger.
Step 3
Grate the carrot on a fine grater and squeeze the lemon.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the milk, carrot mixture, dough, and oil.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 392°F, bake for 25 minutes at 356°F.
