Ingredients

  • Carrot - 5.6 oz
  • Raisins - 2.1 oz
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Nuts - to taste
  • Rice Flour - 1.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the raisins in boiling water and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Grate the carrot on a fine grater.

Step 3

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Step 4

Add the grated carrot, soaked raisins, cocoa, flour, oil, sweetener, and baking powder to the yolks.

Step 5

Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender.

Step 6

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture.

Step 7

Add the nuts and mix well.

Step 8

Spoon the batter into silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 338°F for 30–40 minutes.
