Ingredients
- Pistachios - 5.3 oz
- Water - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
- Orange zest - 6 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Carrot - 8.8 oz
- Gelatin - 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate - 8 fl oz
- Carrot - 4 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Cream - 13 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the pistachios and chop them finely.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 3
To prepare the batter, beat the eggs with hot water. Gradually add 150 g of sugar, 3 tablespoons of orange zest, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add grated carrot, ground pistachios, flour, and baking powder. Knead the batter and place it in a baking dish.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes. Once baked, cut the cake horizontally into 2 layers.
Step 5
To prepare the cream, soak the gelatin in a small amount of water and let it swell. Combine the gelatin with orange and carrot juice, heat, and let it cool. Add the cream and orange zest.
Step 6
Spread the cream on one layer of the cake, cover it with the other layer, and apply cream over the entire surface of the cake. Sprinkle the cake with coarsely chopped nuts.
